Environmental transaction screens

What is it?

Environmental Transaction Screens (ETS) are screening tools recommended only for low risk property types to identify Potential Environmental Concerns (PECs) for commercial real estate.

Bluemoose performs a site visit, review of environmental databases, completed environmental questionnaires, and review of limited historical sources.

COmpare

Environmental Transaction Screens are less comprehensive and do not go into as much historical detail as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). ETS are more cost effective and less time consuming compared to a Phase I ESA.
