Aaron Norton
Aaron and Tamara started Bluemoose Environmental, LLC in May of 2019. Aaron has over fifteen years of experience in environmental consulting for sites ranging from residential housing to large industrial facilities. He formerly served as a Project Manager and Vice President of Field Operations at an environmental engineering firm. Aaron spent nine years working in the insurance sector prior to entering the environmental field. He graduated with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. Aaron is an Environmental Professional, Indiana Licensed Lead Risk Assessor, Indiana Licensed Asbestos Inspector, and is 40-Hour HAZWOPER trained.
Tamara Ratliff-Roberts
Tamara has spent several years auditing, inspecting, and issuing permits in a variety of industrial sectors. Her areas of focus are drinking water, wastewater, permit compliance, hazardous waste, waste and sludge disposal, chemical safety, and respiratory protection. Tamara has spent most of her career working for regulatory agencies, such as IDEM, and providing technical assistance to utilities and businesses. She graduated with a Masters of Science in Environmental Science and a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Science from Indiana University. Tamara holds a certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from Eastern Kentucky University. She is a certified Occupational Hygiene and Safety Technician, a licensed Asbestos Inspector, Certified Pretreatment Coordinator in the State of Indiana, and a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager. Tamara is 40-Hour HAZWOPER trained and holds a CP-12 Professional Certificate for Safety and Occupational Health from the US Army. Tamara is a 2017 graduate of Leadership Bloomington Monroe County and has been a member of the Indiana Water Environment Association's Pretreatment Committee and the American Water Works Association's, Indiana Chapter, Small Systems Committee for the past several years.
Nicole Seaney
Nicole has worked in environmental consulting for over eight years. Her areas of focus are safety data sheets, technical writing, report compiling, research and records review, field sampling including groundwater, soil, concrete, and indoor air and surface mold, and customer service. She graduated with a Master of Science Degree in Earth and Quaternary Sciences, Biogeochemistry Concentration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Earth Sciences, Geoscience Concentration from Indiana State University. Nicole is OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER trained.
Richard creek
Richard is an Environmental Scientist with over 8 years of professional environmental consulting experience. He attended Indiana University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs in 2013. Richard then served as an environmental scientist and project manager at a large environmental engineering firm. Richard's areas of expertise include technical writing, mapping, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, soil and groundwater sampling, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), and environmental document review. Richard is an FAA licensed Part 107 Commercial Remote Pilot and operates UAVs on behalf of Bluemoose.
stephen norton
Stephen has worked at Bluemoose as an Environmental Technician since 2020. His areas of focus are crawlspace encapsulation, field sampling, remediation, and renovation. He graduated from Edgewood High School in 2019 and is an Eagle Scout. Stephen is a Certified Lead Renovator and is OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER trained.
Izzy Rehmel
Izzy has worked for Bluemoose since 2021 as an Environmental Technician. After high school, he went on to the Air Force where he specialized in tactical aircraft maintenance for four years. He was deployed to Afghanistan for six months primarily stationed at Moody AFB in Georgia before separation. Izzy’s areas of focus include crawlspace encapsulation, remediation, and demolition. He is OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER trained.
ashley savickis
Ashley started at Bluemoose as an intern in August 2021 and is now an Environmental Scientist. She is a graduate of Indiana University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs in 2022. Her major is in Environmental Management with minors in Safety, and Environmental Science and Health. Ashley’s areas of focus include Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, safety data sheets, field sampling, research, technical writing, and marketing. She is OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER trained.
Ethan Woodruff
Ethan has been with Bluemoose since 2022 as Environmental Technician. He is a graduate of Indiana State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts by double majoring in Environmental Geoscience and Geography & Sustainability. Ethan’s areas of focus include asbestos, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, field sampling, research, sampling, and remediation. Ethan is an Indiana Licensed Asbestos Inspector and is OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER trained.
Grace johnson
Grace started as an intern at Bluemoose in May 2024 and is now an Environmental Technician. She graduated from Indiana University in the spring of 2024 where she received a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs. Grace majored in Environmental Management with a minor in Management. Her areas of focus include lead, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, field sampling, research, technical writing, and marketing. Grace is an Indiana Licensed Lead Risk Assessor and is OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER trained.
